While some designs take longer to produce because of their complexity, our overall turnaround time remains excellent. 95% of our products are delivered by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked postage. Your tracking number will be emailed via our ordering system. Thank you.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery once you receive notice of posting. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery by the Post Office
If you are not happy with our shop products for any reason, we will accept returns up to 14 days after item arrival. All we ask is; please inform us of its return and your reason for doing so. All items must be included, and be in original packaging. All returns must be accompanied with our official company receipt/invoice. We will not refund if you have attempted to fit and damaged your stickers when fitting. It is important that you follow our fitting instructions precisely.
We currently charge a flat fee of £3.99 Postage to UK addresses , however if the parcel is abnormally large then there may be an additional cost.
International Orders – shipping is calculated in the basket.
You will find the shipping options available to you when reach the checkout. These options may vary depending on the products you are purchasing to and the location you are delivering to. These prices can change without notice.
There is no return on any bespoke designs, (Decals, panel prints from your own photo’s and measurements etc.), after you have agreed the proof, unless the problem is a design fault produced by Caravan Stickers UK Ltd.
All cancelled orders and return postage fees to be paid by sender. All returns must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging.
